How calculations work
Every calculation on Payment Calculator — mortgage payments, loan payments, amortization schedules — runs entirely in your browser using JavaScript. Nothing you type (home price, loan amount, interest rate, or any other input) is ever sent to a server. We have no accounts, no database, and no way to see what you’ve calculated even if we wanted to.
Analytics
We use privacy-focused, cookie-free web analytics to understand aggregate traffic. This doesn't collect personal data or track you individually across sites.
Advertising
